LJCC - Essential Cake Decorating with Dalia’s Cakes

Learn essential cake decorating with Dalia’s Cakes, an experienced confectioner who will bring the art of the professional cake decorating into your home. £65 for both days.

Learn essential cake decorating with Dalia’s Cakes, an experienced confectioner who will bring the art of the professional cake decorating into your home, using every day utensils you already have in your drawer. At the end of the two sessions, you will take home a fully finished cake.

The sessions include:

• Torting, filling and covering a cakewith cream to a level finish

• Colouring and covering with rolled fondant

• Different types of sugar paste available

• Modelling a teddy bear

• Frilling and other fondant techniques

• Participants will take home a finished cake
