The Hampstead Garden Suburb Free Church was formed in 1910. Membership of the Church is open to all Christians. The Church is presently affiliated to the Baptist Union of Great Britain (London Baptist Association), and the United Reformed Church (North Thames Synod).

The Church meets for worship every Sunday at 11am. A crèche is provided for very young children, and junior church provides an opportunity for children and young people of school age to meet together.

On the second and fourth Sunday of each month, at 6.30pm in the Free Church Hall, Northway, the Church organises, 'SUBURB PRAISE', an opportunity for anyone who might be interested to worship, study and pray together in an informal manner.

There is both an adult and a junior choir.

The Church Youth Group meets fortnightly on a Saturday evening.

During Lent, the Church will be open for personal prayer and devotion each Thursday between 12 noon & 3pm, beginning on the 2nd March. Each Thursday during March there will be a Lenten study group, jointly with other Suburb churches, beginning March 8th, 7.30pm, at the Free Church Hall.
